FAQ
- QI would like a receipt issued for the ticket I purchased.
- AYou can issue it from your My Page.
- QI can no longer attend the event and would like a refund.
- ATickets that have been purchased cannot generally be canceled or refunded.Please note that tickets will not be reissued under any circumstances after issuance, including loss of ID or password, or loss after pass issuance on the day of the event.
- QI can no longer attend and wish to transfer my ticket to an acquaintance.
- ATransferring or reselling tickets to third parties is generally prohibited. If discovered, admission rights may be invalidated.However, if transfer is necessary due to unavoidable circumstances, we may permit it. Please contact us.
- QHow do I use a promotion code?
- APlease enter discount codes or invitation codes in the designated discount code field on the payment information screen. These codes are distributed as special URLs with specific parameters. Accessing the ticket purchase page via that URL automatically applies the relevant coupon and directs you directly to the purchase cart for the corresponding ticket.
