Looking 30 years ahead, employees will excitedly take on new challenges with new partners. Under the themes of "Challenge to technologies and business areas other than the railway business" and "Innovation of systems related to the railway business," we aim to provide new value.

The businesses conducted by our group, such as railways, station building operations, hotel development, and urban development, are characterized by their strong connection to local communities and people's lives. On the other hand, we must respond to population decline, demographic changes, and the diversification of desired services. Since our group possesses various assets and technologies, we will challenge ourselves to secure new revenue by leveraging them. We will also take on the challenge of providing diverse services that meet the needs of a digital society.
