The arrival of the 100-year lifespan era and rapid aging have led to a surge in social security costs and a severe shortage of healthcare and nursing staff. Maintaining the healthcare ecosystem solely through traditional systems has become increasingly difficult.
We aim to evolve beyond our role as a medical device wholesaler into a Human Care Company that comprehensively supports "prevention, medical care, and nursing care." However, in areas such as prevention and early detection, home care, and healthcare/nursing DX, there are limits to what we can achieve alone in introducing digital technologies and establishing new service models.
By co-creating with startups and technology companies, we aim to contribute to building a "future healthcare ecosystem" that covers the entire patient journey and enables the sustainable provision of high-quality, personalized care for each individual.

We seek to co-create solutions that reduce on-site burdens and prevent staff turnover.
・Next-Generation Home Care Services for Health Management and Improvement: We envision services supporting post-discharge patients and those requiring care with IoT devices and apps to prevent deterioration and aid rehabilitation at home. We seek to co-create mechanisms for timely information sharing with medical institutions and care managers, enabling high-quality care in home settings.

This would connect individuals to personalized prevention programs and encourage appropriate medical visits.
