Household financial activities are fragmented across multiple services—spending management, savings, investments, insurance, inheritance planning—making it difficult for individuals to make necessary decisions on their own. As a result, appropriate financial behaviors are not sustained, and adequate asset building and preparation for the future remain insufficient.
MUFG is advancing the integration of financial experiences centered around "MUT," but co-creation with external partners is essential to build systems that are naturally used in daily life and lead to continuous behavioral improvement.
