We are a startup addressing a fundamental challenge of DX in the generative AI era: business operations are not structurally organized.
While AI adoption is accelerating worldwide, many organizations still struggle with fragmented, person-dependent operations. In such environments, AI and automation cannot deliver their full potential. We see this not as a technology problem, but as a structural problem in how work itself is organized.
Our core product, ProcessPath, uses AI to structure business operations, processes, and procedures into a shared operational foundation that both humans and AI can understand. This is not merely a process improvement tool, but a foundational layer that enables AI utilization, automation, and future deployment of business AI agents.
We currently use the Japanese market as a PoC and validation environment, verifying effectiveness in real business operations while developing the product with global scalability in mind. In the largely unexplored domain of operational structure, we aim to build a long-term platform with significant scale potential.
